CUSTOMER SERVICE

 

We our proud of our customer service which starts with expert advice in our store , through our friendly delivery teams and attentive after sales service . Orders may be placed online, in our store or by telephoning  us on 01238 231711 between 10am and 5pm monday to saturday . If placed by telephone we will assume that you have already viewed the product in our store .  All our contact details are shown on the ''Contacts '' section of the website.

Payment of your order can be by credit or debit card over the telephone or by cash or card in our southampton store 

Delivery

Damaged Goods 

If your goods arrive damaged we will replace them free of charge.  If we are unable to replace them we will refund you the cost of the furniture in full provided you inform us in writing within 7 days.You must inform us within 7 days of delivery of any damage.We will not charge you for the delivery or collection of damaged goods.

If any manufacturing faults appear within 12 months of delivery we will replace or repair your goods free of charge. This only applies to manufacturing faults.

You may cancel any order placed online up to 7 days after receipt of goods , you must inform us in writing ( by post or fax , 02380231711,, email is not accepted, please sign your letter.)  within the 7 day period and return the goods ( at your own expense )undamaged and  in the original packaging , your account will then be credited.
