DELIVERY/TERMS

Placing an order

You may place an order by either using the online shopping cart,  by telephoning , emailing ,or  writing .  All our contact details are shown on the 'Contacts ' section of the website.

Payment of your order can be by credit or debit card online. We do not keep details of your card on our computer after your transaction is complete.

Payment can be by cheque debit/credit card, postal order when placing an order by phone or letter.

Online some of are ranges are available for online ordering , these are our standard ranges where no special sizes are available .Other ranges which are not available to order online are special order ranges and must be ordered through our shop , please telephone us for details on 02380 231711. special order ranges cannot be cancelled once ordered .  

Delivery

Delivery of your order will take place approximatly 8 weeks from the date of your order being received by us for most items ,except for futons which will take up to 28 days .

 Goods ordered online will be charged a delivery charge depending on which are of the country in which you live  this is , £30 for Hampshire and the Isle of White , £50 for Wiltshire and Dorset, £80 for West Sussex ,somerset and Berkshire, Surrey and south London , £95 for Oxford , Devon , Cornwall, Avon and east sussex , and £160 for the rest of England   ( any size of order will be charged the same one off price ) . customers outside of mailand england and the isle of white please telephone us on 02380 231711 for a quote .

All goods ordered online must be fully paid for at the time of order.Orders placed in our store may be taken with a deposit at the time of order with all balances due before delivery .

Cancelling an order

You may cancel an order placed online at any time up until 7 days after delivery.You must inform us in writing by letter if you wish to cancel ,an email will not be sufficient. Orders placed in our store cannot be cancelled .This applies to all products that are not available to order online . This does not affect your statutory rights .

If you cancel after delivery has taken place you will be liable for the cost of return of goods . this will be charged at the same cost as delivery , only the cost of the goods will be refunded , delivery charges are not refunded .you must allow us to collect the goods and not return them yourselves.

Damaged Goods 

If your goods arrive damaged we will replace them free of charge.  If we are unable to replace them we will refund you the cost of the furniture in full provided you inform us in writing within 7 days.You must inform us within 7 days of delivery of any damage.We will not charge you for the delivery or collection fo damaged goods.

If any manufacturing faults appear within 12 months of delivery we will replace or repair your goods free of charge. This only applies to manufacturing faults.
