CUSTOMER SERVICE

You may place an order by either using the online shopping cart,  by telephoning , emailing ,or  writing .  All our contact details are shown on the 'Contacts ' section of the website.

Payment of your order can be by credit or debit card online. We do not keep details of your card on our computer after your transaction is complete.

Payment can be by cheque debit/credit card, postal order when placing an order by phone or letter.

Online some of are ranges are available for online ordering , these are our standard ranges where no special sizes are available .Other ranges which are not available to order online are special order ranges and must be ordered through our shop , please telephone us for details on 02380 231711. special order ranges cannot be cancelled once ordered .  

 

If your goods arrive damaged we will replace them free of charge.  If we are unable to replace them we will refund you the cost of the furniture in full provided you inform us in writing within 7 days.You must inform us within 7 days of delivery of any damage.We will not charge you for the delivery or collection fo damaged goods.

If any manufacturing faults appear within 12 months of delivery we will replace or repair your goods free of charge. This only applies to manufacturing faults.
